The International Monetary Fund (IMF) on March 27, 2014 announced an agreement to provide up to $18 billion in loans over two years to Ukraine.
Viktor Yanukovych, ousted President of Ukraine, had been putting out feelers to the European Union (EU) in order to attract funds to Ukraine. Yanukovych ultimately backed away from the EU and instead signed a treaty with Russia. This move away from the EU and toward Russia was almost immediately followed by “violent clashes between protestors and law enforcement officers under unclear circumstances,” says one source. However videos I have seen show a passive police in Kiev, even when molotov cocktails are thrown at them.
But what is this “International Monetary Fund” which we keep hearing about? E.C. Knuth, in The Empire of “The City”, identifies the IMF with “the ‘One World’ camarilla.” Knuth shows some of the astonishing privileges given to IMF at its inception in 1944 at the Bretton Woods Conference in New Hampshire:
- The IMF has immunity from judicial process
- The IMF is immune from search
- The IMF archives “shall be held inviolable”
- The officers and personnel of IMF “shall be immune from legal processes, immigration restrictions, alien registration requirements, and national service obligations”
- The officers and personnel of IMF “shall be immune from taxation and customs duties”
- “No taxation of any kind shall be levied on any obligation or security, dividend or interest of the Fund”
Knuth’s information checks out: at the IMF web site, under Article IX: Status, Immunities, and Privileges, a cornucopia of freebooter privileges are listed :
- Section 3. Immunity from judicial process
- Section 4. Immunity from other action
- Section 5. Immunity of archives
- Section 6. Freedom of assets from restrictions
- Section 7. Privilege for communications
- Section 8. Immunities and privileges of officers and employees
- Section 9. Immunities from taxation
Knuth identifies IMF with “The City”, a curious enclave located in London, England. “This tiny area of a little over one square mile has in it the giant Bank of England, a privately owned institution; which, as is further elaborated hereinafter is not subject to regulation by the British Parliament, and is in effect a sovereign world power.”
Just as “The City” has enormous immunities and privileges, so too does the IMF. Further details on bizarre peculiarities of “The City” are offered in Cyprus Banks and “The City”, the Ersjdamoo’s Blog entry of April 3, 2013.
The Monroe Doctrine of the United States was secretly abandoned in 1897 in favor of a special alliance with Great Britain, according to Knuth. Soon after the alleged secret alliance, the United States went to war with Spain and soon grabbed the Philippines. (Background: Philippines Annexed, No Voting Allowed, Ersjdamoo’s Blog entry of March 30, 2014.)
There followed increasing U.S. entanglements outside this hemisphere: World War I; World War II; the Korean Conflict; the Vietnam War; the Iraq and Afghanistan Wars; as well as various other international actions. All these wars and conflicts cost lives and money. Because that money was not spent here in the United States, we eventually had to pay the piper: double-digit inflation in the 1970s; the start of a noticeable homelessness problem in the 1980s; the start of a slew of “free trade” agreements (favored by Britain but ruinous to American workers) in the 1990s; and now a “new normal” of high unemployment.
“The City” is identified by Knuth as an international sovereign power, on the scale of others such as Pan-Germanism and Pan-Americanism. Occupying an underling position in relation to “The City” is the United States. We “entered the alliance of 1897 with the British Empire in order to create an overwhelming British control of the Balance of Power, and agreed to assist the British Empire in the permanent encirclement and repression of Germany, Russia and China…” At the moment, Russia is the obvious target for encirclement. Assisting the encirclement is a propaganda barrage here in the United States, filled with repeated lies about what has been happening.
