In Germany, on September 11, 2014, Udo Ulfkotte, veteran reporter with the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, came in from the cold when his book, Bought Journalism, was published in Deutschland. “I was paid by CIA to twist the truth,” he confessed. “The American intelligence has been paying other reporters here as well.” (Background: “Bought Journalism” Update, Ersjdamoo’s Blog, October 6, 2014.)
This situation is without precedent! Yes, back in 1977, Carl Bernstein of the famous Woodward & Bernstein Watergate investigation team did write an article for Rolling Stone magazine about the penetration by CIA into newsrooms. CIA, disguised as journalists, were all part of the “mighty Wurlitzer” of propaganda. But when has one of these CIA-journalists ever before confessed about their own role?
Now it appears another of the mainstream alpha thought leaders has been putting out feelers, hinting at her own possible defection from lies. Naomi Wolf, author and former political consultant for Al Gore, has “questioned whether the recent videos of beheadings by Islamic State militants were real,” reports the Sydney Morning Herald.
Ms. Wolf, an ardent feminist, is not alone in her doubts. Back in August, Bill Gardner, of Britain’s Telegraph newspaper, reported that the “video of James Foley’s execution may have been staged, with the actual murder taking place off-camera, it has emerged.”
If you or I said such a thing, they would call us conspiracy theorists. But when a reporter for a prestigious British newspaper says it, the response is, “Well (ahem), let us move on now to other news.”
At this point, Ms. Wolf has only questioned the authenticity of the frightening beheading videos. She is wary that there are not at least two independent sources confirming the beheadings were not staged. This has always been standard journalistic practice before a story is published, she argues, so why has this standard been abandoned with the current ISIS/ISIL apparent decapitations?
The answer could be the promotion of what Wolf calls “fear porn”. It is what Ersjdamoo has called “the crescendo of crisis,” and what in Italy was called “the strategy of tension.” The strategy of tension (Italian: strategia della tensione) is a theory that Western governments during the Cold War used tactics that aimed to divide, manipulate, and control public opinion using fear, propaganda, disinformation, psychological warfare, agents provocateurs, and false flag terrorist actions in order to achieve their strategic aims.
Think about it. Isn’t the general theme of the “news” at least these past few months, “Be afraid… Be very afraid”?
Wolf herself explains, “The US benefits from … us being SO DAMN SCARED so that our intelligence agencies can take away the last of our freedoms on behalf of corporate interests the way intelligence agencies in the West are doing all over … Britain, Canada, Australia, next NZ … so there you are.”
Remember this: The shape-shifting reptilians feed on fear; they love fear. What the reptilians truly hate, however, is when we laugh at them and their antics. (Just a metaphor, folks.)
Beheadings, Ebola, Ferguson… Be afraid, be very afraid (not!).
In one of her facebook posts, Naomi Wolf incidentally mentions, “the NDAA allowed propaganda to be aimed at Americans in the news.” What!? When did this happen and why weren’t we told about it!? And what is the NDAA?
The NDAA is the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013. This law in part allows the United States government to create and distribute pro-American propaganda within the country’s own borders. It allows “government-created media blasts”, such as possibly the beheading videos. This is apparently what Naomi Wolf means when she says, “the NDAA allowed propaganda to be aimed at Americans in the news.”
Part of this NDAA approved propaganda in the U.S. may involve government shills and trolls. The federal government routinely hires internet trolls and shills to monitor chat rooms and disrupt article comment sections, reported Natural News on September 17, 2013.
