The CIA hired two psychologists to develop interrogation techniques. James Mitchell and Bruce Justin were their names, according to a report which aired on Anissa Naouai’s “In The Now” program, broadcast on the Russia Today network. According to documents, “their method was based on the concept of ‘learned helplessness’.”
“Learned helplessness” had previously only been tested on animals. Steven Reisner of the Coalition For Ethical Psychology explained, “Learned helplessness is a concept developed by psychologist Martin Seligman to describe his experiments with dogs, where he would use certain electric shocks, certain terrible experiences, so severe, so continuous, and sometimes so arbitrary, that even without the electricity being implemented… they [the dogs] learned to be helpless.”
The theory of “learned helplessness” later was tested on human beings imprisoned as “terrorists”, reported Anissa Naouai. The segment aired about 18 minutes into Season 3 Episode 2, “Proxy Games”, of In The Now. I hope to include the segment in an upcoming “Popcorn News” video.
In my latest “Popcorn News” video, hopefully viewable at the top of today’s blog entry, mention is made of the shadowy Otpor organization and how it was part of the Hidden Hand of Arab Spring. Used to help foment chaos in the Middle East, the arsenal of Otpor included social media, such as Twitter and the Tweets. Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State during the time of Arab Spring. She has recently teamed with Eric Schmidt, the chairman of Google’s new parent company, Alphabet. Funded in part by Eric Schmidt, a company called The Groundwork is one of Clinton’s biggest technology vendors for her campaign. (Background: “Obvi-Illuminati” Pulled From YouTube, Ersjdamoo’s Blog, October 17, 2015.)
The information on the partnership between Hillary Clinton and The Groundwork was scooped by Lori Harfenist. Her video on this was mysteriously pulled from YouTube. A relevant portion of the censored video is included in my latest “Popcorn News” video, entitled “Brewing Trouble” and published to YouTube on October 27, 2015. (Again, my video is hopefully viewable at the top of today’s blog entry.)
In my latest video I project that Arab Spring shall be coming to America. In Serbia, Otpor had developed, with assistance from a Colonel Robert Helvey, techniques of clandestine actions. Helvey lectured on such matters as how to organize a strike, how to communicate with symbols, how to overcome fear and how to undermine the authority of a dictatorial regime. The Otpor techniques helped bring “constructive chaos” to the Middle East by means of the covert Arab Spring operation. Now Hillary Clinton, it is posited, will be utilizing her technological Arab Spring skills as part of her presidential campaign.
Arab Spring shall be coming to America. Already we increasingly see the “constructive chaos” being unleashed. Disconnected “crisis news” erupts like effervescent popcorn, then is quickly superseded by further apparently random “crisis news.” The “dog” is randomly shocked until it surrenders and thereby acquires “learned helplessness.” At this point the interrogator, now in control of the “dog”, instructs it that the “solution” is Hillary Clinton.
“Constructive” Arab Spring chaos today is the latest popcorn pop of a student slammed to the ground by a South Carolina school resource officer. The attention of the “dog” is riveted by the random shock. By now the “dog” is uneasy, knowing full well that another, different shock can erupt anywhere at any time. Yesterday the random shock was that the U.S. will begin “direct action on the ground” against ISIS forces in Iraq and Syria. The day before that, the random shock was that processed meat is supposed to cause cancer.
Tweets are the popcorn, I headlined in the blog entry of October 25, 2015. An acceleration of “pops” (a.k.a. “news”), facilitated by social media, has led to “future shock.” People’s mental processing gets overwhelmed and for many it shuts down, is how Alvin Toffler described “future shock” in 1970. Popcorn pops of disconnected “crisis news” causes the people themselves to become disconnected, suffering from “shattering stress and disorientation” — future shocked. The “dog” has learned helplessness. It is desperate to please its “master.” That is the only strategy left, now believes the “dog”, in order to avoid any further incidence of the painful, random shocks.
