Was this a case of the higher form of mimesis theorized by Philip K. Dick, when the “Martians” revealed themselves to Kyle Odom? We know of the lower forms of mimesis, such as the preying mantis. But what if higher forms exist, which reveal themselves to humans only when and if they choose to?
Such is the subject of my latest video, Mimesis of the Martians, published to YouTube on April 8, 2016. The clip can hopefully be viewed at the top of today’s blog entry.
The Couer d’Alene Press reports as of April 7, 2016 that Kyle Odom will be brought back to Idaho after losing his extradition fight. He is accused of having shot Pastor Tim Remington, whom he believed to be a Martian, on March 6, 2016. “On Wednesday in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, Chief Judge Lee Satterfield ruled Odom would be extradited to Idaho to face charges associated with the shooting, according to U.S. Attorney’s Office spokesman Bill Miller,” reported Keith Cousins. No word yet on when Odom will be returning has been located.
Kyle Odom distributed, shortly before he was captured in Washington, DC, a “manifesto”, the 46-page unredacted version of which I have been studying. The manuscript has an internal consistency. I have been unable to detect any holes in its logic.
But this is not to say I necessarily agree that Kyle Odom was indeed being threatened by disguised Martians. In my video, “Four Theories Of Kyle Odom”, published to YouTube on April 7, 2016 and hopefully viewable below, I offer four tentative theories as to what really happened, including the possibility that Odom is just “crazy” (whatever that means).
Also dealt with in “Four Theories Of Kyle Odom” is how, back around 1899-1905, a murder in Idaho set off a struggle for the soul of America. In 1899, in connection with that case, martial law was declared in Couer d’Alene and people were rounded up into detention camps.
In “The Martian Cosmogenesis”, published to YouTube on April 5, 2016, and hopefully viewable above, I explore Odom’s theory on how the Martians first came to Earth. The old Indian wisdom, “To understand someone, you must first walk a mile in his moccasins”, applies in the case of Kyle Odom. Reading Odom’s manifesto (walking awhile in his shoes) we find in part how Odom believes the Martians originated and then colonized Earth. Also covered is a link between Dylann Storm Roof, alleged South Carolina gunman, and Kyle Odom, as well as disturbing questions about candidate Ted Cruz.
